My glove box got a little "boogered" up when the dealer replaced my fuel tank. I didn't notice that they cracked the mounting tab (where the screws hold the lid to the base) until a week after I picked my C14 up, so I didn't want to raise a stink since I got outstanding service on everything else.
When I saw gPink's thread on removing the glove box and replacing it with a flat panel I sent him a PM and asked if he would sell me his glove box. So he sent me his glove box that he removed from his bike............... for free! He wouldn't even give me his paypal address. All he asked is that I send my glove box to him. Two big thumbs up for gPink, I owe you a couple drinks when I see ya.

Ya know what, I was just thinking about that. On the 109riders forum there was a thread for miscellaneous parts that were just sitting in garages and if someone needed it all they needed to do was pay shipping and pay it forward. I wonder if there would be interest in a thread like that over here.........

I think that's a great idea, I just did the same for Supatramp (Gary), I had no need for it and definitely didn't want it taking up space in my garage forever...
