The sign-up form knew about Canada, the country, but didn't know about any of its provinces.

I've gotten a few free subscriptions lately by signing up online.  (And yes, the magazines have actually shown up)  I think the magazines are trying to boost their subscriber numbers to keep advertising revenue up.

But I still use one of my spam-catching emails instead of my main email for signing up.
