Will miss the summer this year as Im stuck in what should be one of the last A$$crackistan rotations for the once mighty US Army. :shoot:
This was to be my last year in uniform - I had plans of precious little accomplishment while I wrote myself a retirement award and planned a party....but noooooooo.
Every morning I wake up and hink - man, Im too old for this #@!$@#$#@. My 1st combat tour was before most of the joes were even born....
At least I should slim down enough to get back into my old leathers. Not all bad I suppose....
Keep posting your ride and I'll live vicariously thru y'all. :chugbeer:

Be safe. Kick Ass. Come home and do a year ride around the country before setting off on your next career.

Thank you sir for your service. My son is being deployed to Afghanistan in July. Funny, I just listened to the President announce on the news tonight that U.S. troops will not be patrolling cities or the countryside after December and the troop numbers will be pulled down to 9800 members. Hmmm, someone isn't telling the truth. Stay safe and come home with the rest of the troops.

Safe travels, kick ass, and come home healthy.

Thank you for your service and come home safe.

I hope your deployment goes well. I just returned from 6 months over that way and am celebrating by riding to Newfoundland.
Maybe you could post a pic or two for the folks who may not get to see that part of the world often enough?
