That must have been a real tense moment...I know I've had a few close calls with smaller animals, like squirrels, cats, that kind of thing...something that big and that solid must have been quite a rocker!
Hopefully the rider escaped unscathed?

Glad you are alright.  Did it get your left foot?

I must say I like the look of that yellow on the bike.  Looks like you may be lucky and just need a new side panel, but I can't tell if the peg is gone.  Is that an amber utility light on the top of your trunk?
