Title: Carb Air mix needle screw

I forgot to ask this but what is the install order of the tiny o-ring and washer  :-\

I tried to use Common sense and hope i got it right, i put the spring on the needle then the washer then o-ring and then screwed it down til it softly bottomed then Two full turns out.
