Title: Tank Top plastic cover/Glove Box swap

 I have an '09 ABS, and I'm going to remove the tank top "Glove Box" in favor of the 2010+ plastic cover, mainly to install the Advanced Sport Touring pullback risers. My plan is to order the OEM parts, but thought I'd see if anyone had added the tank-top box from an '08 or '09 to their 2010+, and still had the take-off parts sitting around.

I thought about the same thing...but as I recall the mounting is different and it is not a direct replacment...I didn't try so maybe I was misinformed or I have remembered wrong.

You have to also replace the bracket that's under the glove box/cover.
