I know that I have at least one laying around somewhere.  I am leaving early in the morning for a week long trip, but will check if you would like this next weekend.

Yep, I only found one on Ebay starting at $15 and 6 days away...I'll be watching that one and in the meantime will be waiting for concoursbdh to get home and see if he can find his...bdh, do you have a price in mind?
