Bought this new from the dealer, for $503.00, it is in new condition and has never been out of the garage, mounted it then took it off. There is nothing wrong with it, it is just a little too big for my taste. I would return it but it’s too late now. It is complete with everything. Case, Black (Ebony) color match panel and backrest (not mounted) as well as the base plate and all hardware, and 2 keys. I bought it for my 2011 C 14 but I am pretty sure it will fit any bike that has a rear rack, it seems pretty universal.
