Can anybody tell me what brand this is? I know it's off a c14 . Plenty of holes in it!

I've seen a rack like that before. Just don't remember where it was. If I do remember I'll post what I find.

Found it!
It's a first edition " Premier Cycles" rack before it was redesigned.
Much handier than the oem rack.
I can actually use bunjee cords with this one.
