So, I want one of these real bad.  My question for those of you that have installed the ones in the last few pics, do u have a tank bag locking system?  I'm just wondering, since the cap sticks up a little, if it gets in the way with something like that.  Can't have it if it does.....

I don't have a tank bag locking system, but I can measure the amount it sticks up for you.

You're a real piker. I think I'm well past $20,000 in my 2012 C14. If I wanted to be exact I could ask my wife. I'm sure she is keeping a tally somewhere.

Unfortunately there's a huge difference between buying stuff because you have lots of extra money to spend, and buying stuff that you can't really afford...but it just makes me want to ride it more to get my moneys worth!!!

With the first, threaded type, the cortech locking tank bag works and fits fine.

Mine is also colorfast, so they must have changed something in the past two years.

You were right, MOB. The vent is ignored and could be an issue. I just installed my keyless one today. Any feedback from people that use one? Mine is a quarter turn style.

One of my short short bolts fell right in the tank. I had the cap open because I thought there was a hidden fastener in there. Oops. ???

I'm not sweating it. 8)
