We have a few folks here in my department from New Orleans. We even have a King cake this year. Anyone else?

I made a gaint pot of Creole gumbo yesterday.

Minus the 1 lb of fresh snapping turtle!

Had me some red beans and rice w/ andouille sausage... cornbread, cause that's what I like... Cajun Chef hot sauce to spice things up a bit, cause I like that too.  8)
