Hate to sell it , but due to circumstances I need the money more than I need the bike right now.

Spencerized seat  (very comfortable )
Front running lights
Tall shield -Givi-maybe
Pirelli angels   front 30% worn    rear  70% worn
Brake light flasher
New factory front rotors and pads
t/s repeaters in on lower edge of mirrors

BAD

Left front mirror paint has tiny spots from previous owner spraying it with wasp spray .I don't even notice them.
Top of side cases have a couple of light scuffs . Minor .



Valves were done at 21k -have the receipt and map.
Has Kawasaki extended warranty until  September 2013.
First owner was also a forum member ,bought it from him last summer.
Muffler caps were painted black by first owner ,leaving a 1 inch silver strip at each end -I like it -your opinions may vary !

I like how you did the reflective tape on the back of the bags - very nicely done.  I'm gonna do that with mine.  The painted end caps with stripes do make that potato launcher a bit more tolerable visually - better than stock or the blacked out look.  Although most prospective buyers probably will swap in an aftermarket can anyway.

Even though you don't have many farkles, Try to strip and sell them off separately to make a bit of money to offset the loss you'll take on the bike.  They don't add much, if any to the value.  A clean stock bike broadens the appeal for your bike.

No ones buying at the mo!!! Mine is the same year model and been for sale 7 weeks now, and NOTHING! even got it at the dealers and they will offer finance, still nothing! ugh,,,, free bump for yours.

Income taxes should be returning soon, except those that have to pay  , that should help.

I don't know about the tax refund thing-I got mine already , and found out if you don't make much money,you don't get much of a refund !
Lot of people might be in the same circumstances .

Price drop

Looked at the tires after a trip to Bike Week ,and although they ain't bad ,they ain't new .

Will lower the price by  $300 to allow for a new set- your choice of brand  .

And you still get to run these Angels down the rest of the way.

Also replaced the battery before the ride -no problems ,but I was going by myself ,and I hate to be stranded !

New price---$6900 . 

If this don't sell it , it's goin' on craigslist - wish me luck with some of those folks !

Bump and up update on the bike.
It now has a new Pirelli Angel on the back .It's set for tires for quite some time.

Also , in the original post I mentioned that it had a couple of scuffs on the bags . Well , tried a new polish called  Quixx ,and I can't see 'em anymore.

Good stuff .It comes with 2 tube of polish ,a fine one and a courser one , The fine polish and a little rubbing was all it took. I recommend it. Although as always , YRMV. Always read the instructions !

Y'all be careful out there !
