Seat recover photos
« on: January 22, 2012, 02:48:22 PM »
I got the bike back yesterday from Rockys seats and saddlebags. Rock added 4” across for more support. He raised the back for the wife and widened it 2” for her. This has to be the most comfortable seat he has done for me in 10 years. Very pleased with the work and I think it goes with the bike nicely.

:) Beautiful job! What does he charge for work like that? Did he use your seat as the foundation or is it scratch built?

Rock is a long time friend so he cuts be a BIG break when he does my seats but you are looking at around $400.00. And it is the stock seat reshaped and covered.

Yes you are right. I bought my 06 from Rocky to start with. He did the first reshape and cover on the stock seat after he bought it. When he sold it to me he adjusted it to fit me better. However it needed a bit more than what we did the first time so this is the second recover.
