Coolant temp

Does anyone know at what coolant temperature the fans are supposed to turn on? At what ground speed does the incoming airflow negate the fan speed? I could not find anything in the manual.

Looks like the radiator has a temperature sensor rather than a switch and the ECU turns the fan on at possibly 176 F. The ECU may also turn the fan off at a set ground speed.
