Danny,
If you want to, these could be overpants. I just wear a riding short under and the inner lliner of these pants are extremely comfortable. I ride all year, and I have been in single digit temps, with a pair of long johns under and was never cold. Being water and wind proof is really a plus.
The only thing inside the pant that says anything is a large patch to the rt. of the size label, It says these are the "Hydro Gaurd" System.
That is all that is on them. Hopefully these would work for you.
Let me know what you think, I am going out for a few hours, it is 68 out and part. cloudy and just perfect for riding.
