City light install?

I don't have a service manual yet, and can't seem to figure out how to switch out the city lights. Any help?

There is a small panel under the front end under the lights, remove the 4 button rivets (i think 4)? Then just reach underneath and remove the sockets. Pretty easy once someone explained it to me:)
