So these are a direct fit with the C14 I assume? And are they an improvement over the stock C14 forks in terms of stiffness, dampening, and rebound?

They add compression
little softer spring that can be adjusted

They fit with just under a 1 inch above tree to match factory ZG

Yeah they are growing on me , not needed with the AK -20 conversion because they add compression 

But they sure are pretty
