The OLD style sensor, which your bike likely has installed, has easily replaceable batteries. It takes some soldering but if you can't do it, anyone with some basic electronic repair skills could do it for you. The new batteries cost only about US$1:

As far as buying 3rd party sensors, I've never heard of any that work with the C14. So either repair your existing ones or spend but big money replacing them. Alternatively you can just remove them and use standard valve stems. No sensors mean NO low battery warning.
Old vs. New (HOW TO TELL). See the photo. OLD style is in the hand. NEW style is in the wheel. Most bikes come from the factory with OLD. Dealers replace under warranty with NEW.
