No scratches or cracks, excellent condition.

I believe it will, but CB's website has the 2008-2009's separate from the 2010-2014's.  I have emailed them to ask if there is a difference.  FWIW Cal Sci shows their shields work for 2008-2014, so I think the CB will work for you.  I'll let you know when/if they reply.

The hole spreads are different, but you can re drill them. Use a Unibit drill bit.

I bought a 2015 shield & put it on my 2012, I did not care for it & sold it to someone that put it on a 2009. I t bolted right up. Same bolt pattern on 2008-2015.
