Congratulations!! But I have to be honest.. I was very disappointed not receiving an invitation to your wedding... We all were..
Normally friends ask friends to share important milestones in their lives. But not you. Selfish bastard. Wait a minute.., are you in Wisconsin?? Sorry, wrong guy...

Well, I shared the wedding pictures but maybe you can all come to the next one.  Just don't hold your breath... :)

Thanks for the congrats and I will pass them along to my Passenger.

Today I rode the 38miles to work in morning sunshine, listening an audiobook off the iPod via Midland BT2 headset, with my feet up on Kuryakin pegs, with a big grin on my face.  This afternoon, repeat ...   ;)

Mounted a new Michelin Pilot Road 2 on the front.

Changed front brake pads and fluid, only took an hour spread over 24 hours to get all the bubbles out. The old pads still had decent amount of pad left but I think they were sintered and I like the organic as I would rather change pads than rotors. Changed oil, using havoline 20 - 50W for Texas summers. Washed all the tupperware - noticed a crack in sub-fairing that supports lower farings and bottom fairing. I think RTV should fix it once its dry. Still waiting on new left rider peg and mounting braket - slow motion drop in garage finally finished these off after previous drop cracked them. I am saving up for tip over bars.

Next up - change out rear shock fluid, grease rear suspension and flush coolant and try that Wetter product.

I got out my Plexus and cleaned off the suicidal insects...why is it the big ones want to hit right below the windscreen and splatter all over the lower inside portion of the windscreen...you know...the area that is impossible to clean with out removing the windscreen.
Speaking of Plexus...what is your favorite M/C cleaner?

I took a nail in the back tire today. Luckily friends of mine had a plug kit and a pump.
I ordered the same pump and plug kit and now I am looking into buying a wireless tire pressure monitoring system.

and i think I am going to buy this one

I went riding with some really cool people from this very group down in the Pine Barrens area of NJ. Averaged 45.6mpg over the course of 182 miles. Must be those new Sonic springs!

I didn't do anything for my concours today.  :(

I did, however, finish up installing a 1052 hot-rod engine I built in a fellow COGGER'S bike, and it's running SWEET! ;D Steve

Changed the rear brake line, and managed to puncture the resvoir supply hose in the process.  Need to take off the front lines and twist the banjos around next.

I can't wait to see a Kawi Green Connie!  Is this the first?  I don't think I've seen any on http://www.pbase.com/elvin315/the_kawasaki_concours.
Jeez. Take off the shades. There's one in the very first album and I'm pretty sure there are at least 2 more somewhere.

Installed GRIP PUPPYS over the 08 C14 OEM grips.

(letting the soapy water dry before I use them)

Seemed a little too easy to install, so worried about them coming loose ..... Cleaned the OEM grips with soapy hot water and found a lot of oil and junk on the oem grips ... wonder if I should have cleaned them with more than soapy water ....
