2012 OEM C14 exhaust canister (muffler with pipe)
« on: July 26, 2015, 11:36:36 AM »
I replaced it at 500 miles and is sitting in my storage. New condition obviously,.    Any reasonable offer + shipping cost.  I am in No. California.  This is the stock muffler with its attached pipe.   I believe this fits any C14 from 08 to 2015  but check. Bob at 916 253-7935 or robforster@att.net.

Agree--I call it a Howitzer muffler.  When I took it off it weighed 32 #.  My carbon sport replacement was 4-5#.  what a difference and sound is great.  They have stayed with this canon despite everyone removing them.  Can't be $$ for the howitzer is expensive as well.      But Kawa needs to keep the bike at a value based price and avoid the farkle race costing $$.

I took my bazooka and threw it in the dumpster after my family and friends mocked the hell out of it- bought a sweet V&H CS-1 pipe and lovin' it the last 4 years.

I had replaced my 2011 with a Leo Vince carbon. Then someone with a Gen I bought the OEM from me for $100 because it looked slightly better than his OEM. (Differences were subtle.)
'14 BMW 1200 GSw (red, what little there is that's not grey)
'11 Concours ABS (black) w/ Leo Vince carbon, heated Corbin, Garmin; TechSpec pads (gone but not forgotten)
'05 Yamaha FZ6, only crashed once, gone in trade; '87 Honda Gold Wing Aspencade, sold; '85 Honda Magna (700), sold; '76 Kawasaki KZ400, sold
