SOLD! FS/FT: H.A.R.D. Helmet Assisted Radar Detector SOLD!
« on: June 26, 2014, 12:07:07 PM »
I'm selling a Helmet Assisted Radar Detection unit by Legal Speed Enterprises. It's compatible with Adaptiv, Beltronics, Escort & Valentine detectors. The unit is still sealed in it's original package and has never been installed. I purchased it from Jay as part of a package but never used it.

I'm hoping to get ~$SOLD for the unit shipped anywhere to the CONUS; they sell for ~$150 new.

I'm also open to trades for:

1. Techspec tank guard/grips for the C14
2. Various other farkles for my C14.

PM with trade offers.

I forgot to mention that I have a 2009 C-14. I'm not sure if the 2010+ Techspec will fit or not. Maybe somebody can chime in with some answers...

For the reference, I contacted Techspec and asked them myself. They said the left side and tank pads are identical on both models. However, the right (exhaust) side is slightly different so that it follows the contour of the battery access panel. Kawasaki redesigned this panel in 2010. Both pads would technically "fit", but the 2010+ pad would overlap the gap on the battery access panel on the 2009. Therefore, you would have to remove the pad to access the battery.
