This seat is NEW never used. Just opened, put on bike but our early winter set in and never road the bike. I now traded in my C14 and have the seat. It is the standard Model (not low) cost $449 new
I see yours has the very same numbers as mine does... 570-598.
I found out the hard way that both the low version and the standard share these. Sargent's site, at least to me, made it look like different numbers were used between the two versions, and confused me.
I bought one last year on Ebay, and specifically asked the guy selling it if it was the low or the standard. Told me it was the standard, so I bought it.
Came in with the big 'ole "low version" tag on it... So those numbers are just to reference the seat pan... Not to tell one from the other.
The tag that says "low version" does that, but the seller should be honest enough to put a pic of that in their ad. In my case, didn't happen.
Too bad you didn't get to try it out! Looks nice, should sell well here. Good luck!
BTW, What bike did you buy?

The Low versions will have a sticker that says "LOW" on the back pan. its hard to see but it's the white sticker in the photo below
I'm interested but have a question about the firmness of this seat compared to stock. Firmer or softer?

I honestly couldn't tell you, I have never used it. I was told by another C14 owner that it was a huge improvement over the stock seat. You may want to call Sargent about the firmness- 800-749-7328
