C14 Saddlemen Explorer Seat- SOLD
« on: July 29, 2013, 11:06:50 PM »
Selling my Saddlemen Explorer seat. Doesn't fit with my new AST rack and backrest setup. Seat is probably better for shorter or lighter riders. I'm 240lbs and it was good for about 1 to 1 &1/2 hours for me. DOES NOT COME WITH HOOKS AND LATCH HARDWARE ON BOTTOM. These seats don't come with mounting hardware from Saddlemen and I had to use the hardware off my stock seat. You'll need to do the same. You can see in 2nd pic that the seat is much taller than stock in the passenger area and can't go back far enough to fit as it hits the backrest bracket. $250 total w/ shipping to the lower 48 states.

How do you like the AST rack / backrest combo?  I was thinking of going with that setup.

Good luck with your seat sale.  It looks nice.

Would you take $175 + shipping (to 33437)?

Thanks,
Mark
