Need a spreadsheet template for Accessories

I want to put together a spreadsheet (Excel) for my accessories.  I'm running Excel 2007.  Does anyone know where to get a template for something like that?

   Don't they have sample spreadsheets to go by?
  I also use excel 2007 & it has an example of boat maintenance which could easily be modified to cycle accessories....
