Phil's Rack and TechSpec.
« on: March 02, 2013, 07:57:57 AM »
Ordering TechSpec set in snakeskin and a A style rack from Phils today. Winter needs to be over soon before I end up in the poor house. New bike, new car, and now farkles. I need to get riding soon.

Man, I hear that! New Michelins, Contour Roam camera, New boots, 2 pair of gloves, High-Vis jacket, Armored riding pants, New front axle adapter tool, and a new smartphone to integrate with My Sena SMH10. Holy cow, I have a problem.

Can anyone spare some change?

And to top it all off I bought the new bike without selling the last bike. Hopefully I'll get some bites on it soon.

I can relate. Since Christmas I've bought the Klim Misano Jacket and Pant Riding suit as well the Element Short Gloves.  Revzilla !
For the bike there is a new set of Pirelli St ( 55 rear )and front brake pads and Givi luggage rack for the E55 Trunk. Plan to order the CB Euro windscreen as well. Mommy wont notice that one. I hope.
I am going to have to put the Neotec on hold 'till next year however.
I have the Tech Spec SS and love the way they look and grip.

Sounds very nice. I rarely do much in the farkle department. My 2008 I had got the Euro shield Sears trunk and battery tender in 44,000 miles.
The 2010 got those takeoffs.
My 2011 is getting those takeoffs plus the techspec and rack. lol.

Have to laugh I get in the same position every year....call it pre-riding season farkleitis....main symptom is it causes a certain lightening of the bank account. So far this time new riding jacket.....snakeskins for the bags.

Added this yesterday too.
The temps were just at freezing last night, so I went for a 20 mile ride. I came home when the snow started falling again.

Lol, I understand that.  I am always looking for something to sell before I can buy something new.  If you ever look at the Admore they make a plug and play adapter now that works great for the lights., no splicing or cheap connectors.

I'm with you guys. brought the bike home in December has 75 miles on it which is great considering I'm in Iowa! And I have Givi trunk, sw motech rack, ceebaileys wind screen, tech spec, corbin front and rear with backrest and just ordered British motorycle gear Discovery jacket which is rated to -30 and waterproof and enezo pants from them as well! Was going to go with Klim but the price was much better on the BMG gear and it's suppose to be top notch stuff. Oh and I also took the end cap and sheild off the exhaust and had them powder coated matte black which I think dressed the bike up big time. Actually kinda bored right now think I will order some hand wings!

Phil makes 'em nice and ships 'em fast!

I emailed him a question the other day. He responded immediately and the answer was what I was looking for, so I told him I wanted it.  He sent me a PayPal bill and I paid it immediately.  I got an email back shortly that said he just put it in the mailman's hand.  Total time from when I sent the first email to when it went in the mailman's hand might have been less than an hour?  That's crazy.

And here it is with the new Givi E55 on it. It looks great. So much bigger than the Sears trunk.
