Hmmm, brake light on the helmet, that's a good idea! How is it wired?

A self-contained unit with an accelerometer would be great but since the light comes on at the exact same moment as the bike's brake light I assume it's wired to the bike.

Wouldn't a helmet with a built in unit such as I described above be a good idea?

So MG, did you get a new swing arm and final drive or did you get a new bike?

I would have used a wireless connection because I'm sure one forgets to disconnet the wires when dismounting from the bike...  ::)

Anyway, how could you doubt that Valerio could fix his bike making it even better than before the accident??? ;)

Bravo, Valerio! :chugbeer:

Well, that depends.  I used to use wired for audio, so I was already used to connecting and disconnecting the helmet.   Wireless can be a pain, because it means BATTERIES and worrying about if it is charged, and having to charge it, and remembering to turn it off and on, etc.

Nothing can be perfect.

Bravo, Valerio! :chugbeer:

not much different than if you wear electrically heated clothing....it doesn't take to many "ooops" to remember to unplug. ;)
