I picked this seat up from Kyle a couple of weeks ago. Finally got it on the bike and it took me a couple of days to come to the same conclusion that Kyle did: "it's not the seat for me."

The Spencer is a definite improvement over a stock, but it's definitely not comfortable enough for a 6+ hour ride...

I'll be surprised if you don't feel real comfy on the Russell. The 'wings' for your thigh support will take a little getting used to, but
they are truly a day long riding seat. I always get a kick on how fast they sell, if you've ever had the pleasure of trying one out, you'll long for
one on your steed.. That said, not everyone will agree with me, but I don't shift my buns side to side, peg scraping the corners like some folks.
But I do have fun, and after a long day, my buns feel just fine!

I bought a used Russell on the forum from a fellow member. Best purchase on a farkle so far. It was tough to spend $530 on an untested seat but because they have a great resale value, I decided to buy it and test it out. I love my Russell.

The only thing that would make this seat better is to have one made to my specifications
If you have a chance to test sit on one, do it.
But I agree, you either like it or you don't.
