Used?

You should pay well under $11, likely under $10.  With those mods you don't even know if that's the best fit now, stock might be better.

Ok, add another $300 for the seat... But the rest of those are all cheap mods, he's high at that price IMO...

That's a nice $10k value bike though IMO...

We'll see how bad he wants to sell it....maybe it's the heat?

Nice bike though...same here, ABS as well.

Now that is a nice bike for sure.  12K though.... they're out of their mind.  Retail is prob 9K ish then some allowance for add ons.... and that's retail.  Here's mine I picked up in June, just as clean and more add ons... 14k miles and much, much cheaper!

That's a good point.  On my newly acquired 09 I already sold the throttlemeister and the Murph's pegs are next providing this weekends 400-500 miles feel better than last weekends with the Murph's.  I find the stock ones a better position for my knees gripping the tank and my knee angle is more straight on the stock pegs also.

I just looked at your profile YJ and see that you're in CA... Make sure to do your homework on buying any out of state bikes, I know I've seen others on here mention that CA is not all that forgiving on bringing out of state bikes into CA (probably because all CA folks are not quite right)...  ;)

Just make sure you know the rules bro before you start searching out of state, CA is like another planet for emissions...  :chugbeer:

That's what I said.... "Red.... I don't know man".... then the 1st day I saw it the sun was gleaming and I couldn't believe how much flake popped.  Looks amazing in the sun, and now I love my red C-14.... who da thunk.

Appreciate that...and VERY familiar with it. The bike has to have at least 7500 miles to be registered here. They're are a few exceptions, like having to replace a vehicle while out-of-state, I think inheritance..etc. I just bought a 2005 RC51 that was originally purchased in San Jose, but registered in Oregon. Eventhough it was a California bike, it was still a major hassle...which included a trip to the CHP office to verify the VIN.

Have yet to see one in person, but I think that's a technicality.... ;)

If you compare that with the other crap we have to deal with out here...sometimes it's a toss-up whether it's worth it, and trust me...they don't ALL look like that. :o

Lot of miles and no ABS for that price IMO... Sure the bike can go many more miles, but I've seen tons with alot less miles and ABS for that price...

I had been in contact with the seller, he decided to drop the price to 7K.....
