Both puke a bit of paint when you paint upside down
The good HVLP guns are a dream to work with, 105% of the paint goes on the part, not in the air then onto the floor (you hair, shoes, fingers, ...). The better ones (Sata and Binks are but two) are a bit pricey though (opinion).
You can use up
all the paint in the cup, no waste. Unless you mix up WAY more than you need
Cleaning is a breeze, 1oz of solvent, slosh, spray, dump, repeat twice. Wipe down. They don't sit flat on your bench though, you need a hook of some type to hang it on while filling and during flash times.
The Mini-Jet I mentioned is a panel / touch up gun. Only has a ~4oz cup, but works for all I do.
