Fill us in on the details. There was one who was turned down because Mama Kaw said it had to be bought from the same dealer bike was purchased at. I called to get info but no one got back to me. Hopefully it's still how it was
I still say that is BS because the majority of us did not buy directly through Kawasaki, and instead used the dealer in this thread. If you need the warranty, email, and call. Give them all you pertinent information regarding your bike, and go from there. Be sure to be clear you are buying and not just inquiring. Dealers are extremely busy right now and will focus on buyers.
I dont really care. Just trying to gather the correct info. I heard it second hand and it sounded credible. Rather than just call it out as bs I made s call to try and find out.
Once again, if you are just asking for information, I doubt they will be in a rush to call you back, it isn't worth their time. If you are buying, give them all the information they need, and they will get back to you. That is how it worked for me.
I just renewed my extended warranty at Ultimate Cycle for the final 3 years. It is still $393. I can't believe 6 years have almost past since I bought my Connie.
