I disassembled and cleaned the carburetor on my daughter's Eliminator 125 over the weekend, which fixed all of its issues but one--the idle speed changes. It starts well, idles smoothly, and rides as good as new. However, when you let off the throttle you never know if the engine will be racing or so low it dies. I've checked the throttle cables and choke and they are not the problem. At any given moment, it can be "fixed" by adjusting the idle screw, but rev it a few times and it will be different. Suggestions?
If it helps, it is a 2009 model we bought new in 2012 and it has just under 5K miles.
