I just wanted everyone to know the excellent customer service I got from them. I posted about a FI problem on the Technical Board. Brian and Chris of the Kawasaki Tent in Daytona came and worked on my 2012 C14 and made the repair to get me running. I truly appreciate their assistance. Far greater help than what I received from my dealer. I was frustrated, irritated, and they turned a bad situation into a great customer experience with Kawasaki. Again, they far exceeded my expectations.
