Can't meet your price point.
My boots are also old and I will be replacing my Summer pair.
Winter, I wear Sidi Strada goretex with fluffy wool socks.
My Sidi Strada air, good to about 50 degrees and now seven years old, will be replaced with Sidi Cobra Air.
With the perforations I don't expect them be as warm to the same temp but it's casual.
Daily rider. Commuting. Touring. Speeding through the country. :-!

You can get decent touring boots on clearance for $150, but once you've tried $300 boots it is hard to go cheap. I was wearing the TCX infinity Gore-Tex boots when I got bucked off my dual sport and am very happy with the protection they provided. They are also completely waterproof and comfortable. I wear them on all my bikes.
Just your basic boots from Wally World or Academy is all I need, and all I will spend money on.
True. If you never wreck. How much does foot surgery, and time off from work cost?$24,000 to set the small leg bone just above the ankle and plate and screw the ankle. That included the requiste therapy. Self employed so I still got payed about the same.
Of course if you never wreck, you don't need a helmet or gloves, jacket, or pants either.

Gumby riding a stolen bike?
Pretty good price on these. I haven't tried these, so I can't tell the quality. They claim to be waterproof. http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/35780/i/tour-master-solution-wp-2-0-road-boots?SiteId=Criteo_Active_64-135&WT.mc_ID=11325I bought a pair of boots like this years back. Keep your feet dry, but little to no protection.
Story on that posted here. http://www.zggtr.org/index.php?topic=8228.msg99665#msg99665
And again, you need to remember we were maybe 20 years old, YOUNG and DUMB.
