I own a 2011 C14. I commute 40 miles one way everyday. On the way to work Saturday, I had a error that said "Front tire pressure sensor battery low". When I stopped at a red light, it went off.
Then I went on to work. 12 hours later, I started my bike and a immobilization error came on. I turned the bike off, then back on. When I turned it back on, a FI error came on, and my bike wouldn't start. I had to tow it to the dealership.
I might hear something in the morning from the dealer.
My bike is a month old. 1,196 miles.
225......sorry to hear about your problem, I have a 2011 with 7500 miles and no problems as of yet. Please let us know when the problem is found, and how your dealer handles the fix.
Thanks
My FI error flashes once every few thousand miles and mystically goes off with no negative event. Typical buggy Kawasaki.
I suspect my KIPASS squashes the sillyness so the FI error has never been up more than a few secs.
So I'll ask again, If the bikes break down on the road does the factory warranty cover towing to the nearest dealer?
I seriously doubt it, but your insurance should cover it.
