At least he had full gear on.   But does look like the cop(?) had a green light.   I love the people taking pictures with there cell phones.

I don't think it was a cop, just some guy with a dashboard camera.

And the only traffic light I saw was a green right turn arrow, presumably for the right turn lane, and not where the car was.
