Wow, I'd say you all just have way more faith in the intelligence and responsibility of the average person than I do.
I don't understand why we shouldn't expect at least as much proof of competency as is required for a MC license? (yes, yes the COTUS. But why would you not support an greater expectations?)
Because keeping and bearing arms is a RIGHT and driving is a privilege.
