Welcome and congrats!

How to post a picture:

Upload the pic to someplace like www.photobucket.com or facebook.
Copy the URL to the location of the picture
Now in zggtr paste the URL and put "[" "img" "]" in front and "[" "/img" "]" in back like this without using any quotes:
["img"]http://i897.photobucket.com/albums/ac177/sreinschmidt/2011-06-29_18-57-45_329.jp["/img"]

"http://i897.photobucket.com/albums/ac177/sreinschmidt/2011-06-29_18-57-45_329.jpg" is the URL and I used quotes around "img" and "/img" so you could see the text.

some places like photobucket have "IMG code" that will automatically format the line for you and all you have to do is pick that from the menu and paste here.

Now here is the same exact line with out the quotes, all you see is the pic:

And whatever ya do, never question the vastly more intelligent and vastly quicker Silverdamit owners ;D

Congrats on the bike, pure silk she is, slow silk in your case, but it is a smooth slow unlike any other.  If you find yourself in triple digits and feel the need to slow down, buy some black parts, good for rapid speed loss ;D ;D

That's rule number one around here. For rule number two, see rule one.

I also came from a DL650. Night and day difference. My initial feelings were that this is a big fast pig compared to the DL. It took a little while but Connie is every bit as agile the V, just a bit heavier feel to her. I sold my Strom last week and while I do miss it, the C-14 is better all around bike for me. The power is the best part!

Welcome and congrats!

How to post a picture:

Upload the pic to someplace like www.photobucket.com or facebook.
Copy the URL to the location of the picture

You don't have to upload your pictures to a third party then use url's to have pictures on your postings...

When posting, there is an option right on the bottom that says "attachments and other options".   Just please make sure to resize pictures before posting them.... it can be irritating to click on a picture and then it wants to send a 15 megapixel version when all anyone could ever need might be 800x600 or 1600x1200 or similar :)

try a picture?

See- you did it!  But did it HAVE to be 5 megapixels???  That is about four times the resolution of a typical entire monitor screen!  (And what I just posted about- people... resize first!!!!)

Hey- nice bike :)   Me thinks you were still at the dealership..... anyway, you will love it
