Exhaust question

I am looking at an 08 Connie that has a full dual Two Brothers system on it. I am told that it is fairly loud. Without hearing it what does "fairly" mean and if it too loud for my liking what are the options to quiet it down a bit? Also, the center stand has been removed. Is it possible to even have a CS with this system? Hopefully this is the right section for this topic.

louder than h*ll compared to a quality exhaust such as Area P.

I've heard them both side by side more than once and on dyno pulls.

One thing you can do to help it is repack it, but even off the shelf new that is one of the louder ones available. Only one I've heard louder is the jardine brand

I didn't know 2B's made a dual full system for the Connie, is it by chance off a ZX14??  ???

It has to be a ZX14 system; they don't make anything except the cans for the C14.

If it's running the 2Bro cans as I would assume it is, then you can install the special silencer tips which definitely quiet it down without really hurting power. They cost about $30-$35 each and install easily.

Has to be a ZX14 header system, best set up like that I have seen as been with some sweet Muzzy cans. :thumbs:
