I have an '08 NON-ABS, the clutch was the hardest, required removal of the L. side plastic and the stock line is pretty convoluted with lots of bends and several attaching points. The brake was pretty easy, one line from master cyl. to R. front caliper and then the line from R. to L. caliper. The latter wasn't really necessary. I've done two non-ABS bikes.
On the ABS models there is a line from master cyl. to two junction blocks on the steering head, one for the brake & one for the clutch.
