What can I do about the TPS sensor?

I dont suppose two can be registered at the same time?

As far as I know only 1 rear unit at a time can be registered, so you either have to change the sending unit from wheel to wheel, take it to a dealer to have it registered or buy a unit so you can do it yourself. If you do have another sending unit be sure that you have the serial number from that unit, yo9u need it to register it with the bike.

I have a rear wheel that is still usable.  It has some scrapes and scuffs from the tow truck driver that was a little careless while securing my bike to his truck.  Shoot me a PM if your are interested.
