On the other forum...

He was always very close to that Forum.  I guess I'm not terribly surprised.  Anyone know if he's still sporting a Yami?

I can't disagree, he didn't have the best luck with his C14.  He loved his C10 though.

Yep, Bob still has that Fudger. He is a moderator on the other forum, quite active there and still sounds like 'Cap'n Bob'- he just went off in a couple of threads a few days ago.  ;)  As far as luck with a C-14, Bob is having far more fun and spending a lot more time hating it than he ever did riding it, so in my opinion things are working out just fine. Back to the Fudger.... if you remember the plate he had on his C-14 (1STCDA) then you will get a big kick out of what his FJR is wearing. Put another way, I've heard KiPass is so good it can make an FJR run <almost> correctly:

I saw him a couple of weeks ago in NY and he is doing fine, as is Mrs. Cap'n Bob and little Captainette Bob. Bob has a 'meet 'n greet' once a month and Andrea and I attend about every other one or so- you should take a ride up some Saturday and have lunch with us (all of us).

I have never seen a vanity plate that fit one person so well.   ;D

Love the fob stuck to the bottom of the rear fender, That's absolutely hilarious.  He sure hasn't lost his sense of humor I see.

As far as coming North... Once I have new sneakers installed I'll be able to consider the trip.  Weather permitting, maybe in a month or two.  If not during the winter I'd like to get North in early spring.

Yeah, that's not Bob's sense of humor- he didn't even have a fob when that photo was taken. That is my fob on his rear fender and I snapped the photo while he wasn't looking....  ;D

OFFTOPIC:  Hey, even Kirby tried to help Bob out with his C-14 by personally installing his patented Kirby's KiPass Korrection Kit, shown here:

The M 'n G is usually the second week of the month at the Gateway Diner in Newburgh, NY. Check the COG site for details and to make sure there is a M 'n G for that particular month. I am pretty sure Bob and family are coming to the Spring Fling in RI by the way....

Put my second PR3 rear tire on today. I couldn't be happier with them.

I miss Bob too. He's the one who made me such a fan and advocate of the almighty KiPass. And BDF thanks for fixing that above for me.

You still aren't to the edge of your tire so I see no problem. I got to the edge of my original Bridge stones and they had no problems. My Angels look like yours although unfortunately the are getting squared from too many highway miles now. I'm probably going to go with the PR3s next.
