Seriously you should find much relief in your new found set up as with Heli-Bars you are now able to adjust the bars infinitely into any position that 3 planes of movement can provide. In fact that is a known side effect of Heli-Bars being unable to decide on which position is "just right" over another..... My statement of selling the Concours if I had not found relief was 100 % true in that with or without bar risers my hands would be down right painful in very short order due to long standing nerve damage; with the Heli-Bars I have been able to find that point where I can keep my hands free from the ride ending pain; now I need nothing more than to shake them out every now and then to keep them fingers alive.
Oddly enough the seating position and overall position of my body in relationship to the bars on my Russian Ural is so bloody comfortable that I can ride that goofy critter for hours on end without so much as a twinge of pain in my hands.
