Don't do this in many towns in Alabama.
« on: August 24, 2011, 09:05:01 PM »

I saw these signs going into some AL towns.

But hey, its all good because apparently its ok to:

1) text while "riding" a motorcycle

2) play with GPS, surf web on phone, email, watch youtube, etc

FINALLY

Hey I was good with it too because the sign clearly:

1) states "driving" and not riding a motorcycle
2) still allows us to play with GPS, Internet, Facebook, youtube, news/weather mail, and other more important things modern smartphones do.
3) Texting is so "2004-2008"   ;D

I got a phone a year ago.  I don't text much.   :-\

Smart phones are too smart for me, and too big and overwhelming.

I think if there's no texting and it looks like you're on your phone, you can still get a ticket.
I should be "No phones unless on speaker."
