is there a difference
« on: August 22, 2011, 01:24:51 PM »
between plain ol spray paint and the stuff they sell at automotive shops.  The cans there say automotive paint.
I have been welding in some panels in my old beater truck, dont really want to put a ton of money into it but  do want to clean it up.
I have heard that regular spray paint never fully cures.

IMO Dupli-color is the best on the market right out of a spray can. I had a terrible scratch on a 95 black GMC tailgate from a (four wheeler/trailer incident  :o), I just masked it off and sprayed 2 light coats on and it looked pretty darn good.
