« on: September 12, 2011, 04:28:09 PM »
the inner hardpipe is leaking where it mounts to waterpump. theres only one bolt to hold it. how can it get a tight seal that way? i had to break it apart there to get rubber hose on at the other end. wont seal up now. grrrrr

Replace the o-ring and add a little dab of grease to it and it will seal....

Don't try to seat the o-ring by tightening the bolt! Lube the o-ring and push the pipe with the o-ring by hand until the o-ring snaps into the waterpump. Don't ask how I know....
