No rips, tears, scuffs or stains. Gets very warm and cozy. Complete with single controller and battery pigtail. Not a Microwire model but it gets very warm.

The price sounds fair to me. I tried my Wife's vest once, when I couldn't find my liner. It did a suprising job of keeping me toasty.
