You just know that this will morph into an attempted hanging, being stretched out on the tree, never mind the perp was
horizontal while hanging on the tree, and instead of his neck being roped, it was his ankles. Guess the rope slipped..
But the cowboy does deserve a ribbon! Blue one in my book!
