Glad your ok! Same thing happened to me in 2011, I ended up with a broken wrist, brused up pretty good and sore, but my gear saved me! Boots, gloves, leather jacket and full face helmet! Was looking at new bikes with my cast on my wrist! Get back in the game. Glad I did! Bought a 2009 C14!

That is great! Congrats!

See Conrad's link.  There is no good reason to pay several hundred dollars more from the local dealer.  I would pay maybe 10 or 15% more just to support them, but not 40% more!  That is insulting since all they are doing is filling out a damn form and mailing it.... if it were more than 5 minutes of "work" I would be surprised.

But definitely get the extended warranty.

Rgr, I'mma do it for sure...I emailed them today but no reply...I'll start calling tomorrow prolly.

He's a little slow to respond sometimes... it is just a single person at the dealership, so if he is backlogged or off that day, etc.  Not to worry, though.  You will ultimately have to call him anyway to give the credit card info.

it is just a single person at the dealership [taking care of this warranty deal]

All done.  Thanks for the tip.  I'll probably go ahead and nail the second extension now too.
