TPMS battery warning light
« on: December 16, 2014, 06:26:22 PM »
Battery low flashing light is on. Is there a way to reset it? Can I disable it? The flashing is very annoying. I like the idea of the tpms, but I have never had the system before and don't want the issue involved with them. I religiously check my pressure and would like to bag the tpms. By the way my bike is a 2010 and it was about 40 degrees out.

     Thanks in advance

There are a ZILLION threads about TPMS and low batteries... search is your friend!  You can clear warning, yes... although it is temporary.  2010- yep, the batteries are old enough to start that crap every time it gets cold (if not more often).  If you are under warranty, you can probably get them replaced at no charge.  Otherwise, quite expensive, or you can try to replace the batteries (see other threads).
